Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and inform us of any shortages or problems. Each order is counted multiple times and checked for accuracy but occasional mistakes and defects do occur.

To return a product: You must request a Return Authorization Number before making a return. 

Blank, undecorated items in new condition and in their original packaging may be exchanged or returned for a refund, at the discretion of ABCTEES, within 7 days of receipt. Cancelled, refused or unclaimed orders, returns of unwanted merchandise, and returns due to customer error are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges. 

Decorated items which have been printed, embroidered or heat transferred may be exchanged or returned at the discretion of ABCTEES, within 30 days of receipt, only if they are determined to be damaged or defective. ABCTEES reserves the right to either refund the amount paid for the returned items or replace them. Orders cannot be cancelled once the items have been decorated.

Shipping charges for returned items must be prepaid by the you the customer at your own expense.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Provide your order information. Identify the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
  3. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  4. Include your contact information and the Return Authorization Number with any shipment.
