Each order is counted multiple times and checked for accuracy but occasional mistakes and defects do occur. There may be slight differences from one item to the next in size, color or decoration. This is normal, but if you feel that an item is defective you may request a return authorization.
ABCTEES takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Low-resolution or poor quality images and designs provided by the customer.
• Errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type, color or size.

Please examine your design proofs carefully and correct any issues before approving them. Once you approve them, ABCTEES cannot be held responsible for design errors.

Contract Merchandise Disclaimer: We will do our best to return your items in the same condition as provided with the decoration as requested, however, problems and/or mistakes may result in damage including but not limited to holes, tears, burns, spots, discoloration, broken or missing parts or imperfect decoration. In the unlikely event of that happening, ABCTEES can only refund your payment for the service or credit you for future work. ABCTEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO REPLACE ANY ITEM NOT PURCHASED FROM US, OR REIMBURSE YOU FOR ITS DAMAGE OR LOSS OF USE NO MATTER THE COST.
